    The Dream of Muhammad Qasim bin Abdul Karim,

    What Is Shirk?

    Shirking is to associate others with the essence or attributes of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala, or to consider a person equal to him, or to respect or obey someone in the same way as is done to Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala.

    For example; Considering any kind of worship that is allowed for anyone other than Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala, i.e. establishing prayers, or fasting, or slaughtering or asking for help to other than Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala is also called shirk.

    For example, asking for help from the person in the tomb or to call for it, or calling on a person who is not there to help in something that has no power but Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala.

    This is any oral act or deed in which Sharia has applied a shirk description. For example swearing with other than Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala.

    The last Prophet Muhammad SAW said: “Whoever swears by other than Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala is an infidel or shirk.”

    EXHIBIT

    Showing off is also included in the shirk. Showing off is doing something, not for Allah Almighty but just to show it to others.

    The story of Prophet Ibrahim AS in surah Al-An’am in the Qur’an is very instructive and encouraging.

    As for the postulate in the Quran:

    We also show Ibrahim (AS), the wonder of heaven and earth, so that he will be sure in faith. When the night was getting dark, he saw a star and said: “This is my Lord!” But when it was set, he said: “I don’t like the things that are immersed.”

    Then when he saw the moon rising, then he said: “This is my Lord!” But when he was lost, he said: “If my Lord does not instruct me, surely I am a pervert.”

    When he saw the sun shining, he said: “This must be my Lord, this is the biggest one!” But again when the sun went down he declared, “O my people!” I absolutely reject anything you fellowship with Allah Almighty in worship.

    “I (Ibrahim) turned my face to the Dzat who created the heavens and the earth upright and I am not among the people.” (Sura Al-An’am, 6:75-79)

    How Did Shirk Begin?

    The image can be Shirk (Polytheism). Because the first person who is classified as entering the destruction through the same images and statues as the creation of Allah Almighty.

    Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala said in the Qur’an:

    “And they said, ‘Never forsake your Gods and never leave Wadd or Suwāʿ or Yaghth and Yaʿūq and Nasr.’” (Surah Noah, verse 23)

    Ibn ‘Abbas RA explained this verse in his Tafsir (explanation of the verses of the Qur’an) that: “These (Statues) were the names of some pious people in the time of Noah (AS). When they died, Satan inspired their people to place images in places where they used to sit. And to call the pictures by their names. People did, but the statues were not worshipped until those people (who initiated them) died, so the origin of the statues became unclear, where people began to worship them.” (Shahih Bukhari, 4920).

    What Is The Importance Of Avoiding Shirk?

    The first message that Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala has sent to mankind through all the Prophets is “La Ilaha Illa Allah” which means “there is no God but Allah” this is called Tawhid.

    Tawhid means that Allah Almighty is one and no one shares.

    The opposite of Tawhid (tawhid) is shirk, while shirk means “to associate anyone with Allah Almighty, and Allah Almighty will never forgive the sin of shirk.”

    As Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala said in the Qur’an: “Verily Allah does not forgive those who fellowship Him (in worship), but forgives the others of whomever He wills. “And whosoever condemneth God, indeed he has committed a great sin.” (Sura An-Nisa, 4:48)

    Al-Mubasyirat dream of Muhammad Qasim

    Muhammad Qasim bin Abdul Karim had many dreams where Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala and the last Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم commanded him to follow the straight path and what should be avoided. The most important thing is shirk!

    Muhammad Qasim stressed that “We should avoid shirking and its forms as much as possible because this is the key to our success.” In this world is also in the afterlife.

    And if we want to get out of the darkness and misguidance, we must clean up the shirk and its forms and encourage others to avoid it as well. Allah Almighty has instructed Muhammad Qasim many times that on the Day of Resurrection, I will forgive every sin, but I will not forgive shirk.”

    Forms of Shirk in Modern Times and Their Prevention

    In this day and age, knowing and avoiding shirk has become very difficult. Then it is a pity that in modern times, shirking and its forms are rampant everywhere.

    Even in a dream, Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala told Muhammad Qasim that, “Since this world was created, it has never been filled with shirkers like (the age) is today.”

    • A frequent shirk is the use of unnecessary images, such as images found on food products and other ingredients used daily. Examples: “drinks, milk, yogurt, shampoos and other men’s and women’s consumer goods that have pictures on them.”
    • Large billboards in various places in cities that contain images of animals or lifelike creatures that should not need to be used on them.
    • Similarly, shirking (polytheism) is also available in films where false gods and their false powers or other evil deeds are shown, such as magic, to embody ordinary humans can be very powerful. It is also one of the forms of shirking.
    • If you see a picture on a billboard, don’t look at it and roll your eyes and say, “Subhanallah” means that Allah Almighty is holy from what I see and there is no ally to Allah Almighty .
    • When you see a statue in a park, shop or other place, turn your eyes and don’t look at it. If you watch a movie and it shows a false god, don’t watch it and turn it off.
    • Then if there is a picture of a living creature in the room or on the wall, get rid of it.
    • Then when having toys for your children, keep them out of your sight or hide them in the closet after they stop playing.
    • You have a small picture or statue inside the house, throw it away or hide it too.
    • When having a cream, perfume or other beauty item, as well as the logo of some brands, made with the image of a living creature, then hide the image with tape or markers because you will need to use this, for several weeks.
    • Even if you have a ‘Bubble Gum’ in your pocket that contains an image on it, don’t put it in your pocket, immediately unwrap it which has an image and then throw it in the trash.

    Never say or write about a person that he is our only hope, but say that hope is only from Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala.

    And there is nothing wrong with storing pictures on your phone, laptop, or computer because they are not visible but also hidden in a folder on the computer. But if there is a picture in your desktop wallpaper or profile picture, change it or delete it because you will see it all the time if you don’t need to, and there is no need to look at it.

    You can take a photo of yourself or your children digitally or with a camera, but also hide it and unlock it only when necessary.

    If you go to a friend’s house and there is a picture in his house or room, do not force to delete it but do not look at it because the house is not yours and you are not responsible for it. Of course, if your friends want to learn about shirking and they delete the pictures themselves, that’s fine. But don’t force them.

    Similarly, people keep pots in their gardens that are statues or idols of animals or people. You should not keep such statues in your home and if, a person has a pot like this statue inside his house, do not look at it.

    Indian movies always start with idols, or statues, or images of false gods, or idolatry shown during the film. Movies also have their own world. And the owner of this world is also Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala, and no one else can be associated with Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala or shown in it, even if it is just a movie.

    Sometimes we have to abide by government-imposed laws where images are needed. In this case, images are allowed. Such as pictures on rupiah and dollars, as well as having a photo on the passport and ID card, and in this case, you can keep it in your pocket.

    If a person has health problems and there is a picture on the medicine package, he can keep it in his pocket. But we shouldn’t have unnecessary photos in our pockets.

    We also need to make sure that our clothes, the curtains of our windows, our beds, our towels, our rugs, and even our rhymes do not have any images of living things (animate) on them.

    Use jaenamaz (rhymes) with simple prints or designs. Sometimes there are too many flowers or other forms of mold in Musala or jaenamaz (rhymes), and it often looks like a living image of a soul (animate being), so do not use such a jaenamaz (rhyme).

    In your daily life, whenever you see a picture or idol or statue, take your gaze away from it and say “Subhanallah.”

    Do’a for Protection From Shirk in hadith

    Hazrat Maqil ibn Yasar RA said: I came with Abu Bakr Siddiq RA to serve the last Prophet Muhammad SAW.

    The last Prophet Muhammad SAW said: “O Abu Bakr! Shirk (polytheism) is hidden among people like black ants [in the black stone in the moonless night].”

    Abu Bakr Siddiq Akbar RA asked: “Is there any shirk on the side of Allah Almighty besides having faith in Allah Almighty?”

    The last Prophet Muhammad said: “I swear by the caste that my soul belongs to, shirk (polytheism) is more hidden than the black ant [on the black stone in the night without the moon].

    May I tell you a prayer by which you can survive every shirk, big or small? Say:

    الَّلهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ أَنْ أُشْرِكَ بِكَ وأَنا أَعلَمُ وأَستَغفِرُكَ لما لا أَعلَمُ

    Allahumma inni audhu bika an ushrika bika wa ana alamu wa astaghfiruka lima la a’lamu

    (O Allah I take refuge in You from deliberately condemning You, and I beg Your forgiveness for what I do not know) (HR. Al-Bukhari in Al-Adab Al-Mufrad (739), and shahih by Al- Albania)

    Our current tragedy is that no Muslim head of state cares about avoiding shirking, and they do not even create awareness about it.

    The only way to get Muslims out of the darkness and regain their lost status is to get rid of shirkers, God willing! May Allah help us to avoid all kinds of shirking. aamiin

    The Role of Pakistan’s Rulers, Shirk and Pak Army

    On January 16, 2019, Muhammad Qasim saw a dream,

    I see in this dream that many rulers come and rule Pakistan but the situation in Pakistan does not change. Then Imran Khan comes and people hope that everything will be fine now because Imran Khan has come but nothing is fine and everything remains the same. Then Asif Zardari gets angry with the government (of Imran Khan) and starts holding meetings and speeches. He says, “I will not leave you and I will not let your government run and this country will not proceed.”

    I’m watching it all on TV. After watching all this, I go out of the house and I say that “if the situation remains the same, the country will not be fine.” Then Asif Zardari holds a rally and I see him standing with distance. When I am watching this rally, a field starts to form on the ground to my right. And a field of mud begins to form on this field. The soil in this field is spread as if someone is laying the soil in a very systematic way. The soil is as smooth as a clay floor and looks as if it has been laid by an advanced and expert company. The soil is very suitable, that is, just as it is moist and moist from the top, it is also wet from the bottom. Then I don’t pay attention to this soil and I turn to Asif Zardari and say that “many rulers have come i.e. army, other rulers and Imran Khan etc. but nothing has changed.”

    Then I look at the soil, it is spreading a lot and it is spreading in such a systematic way that the level of the soil and distance is the same and natural fertilizer is being applied on it and is spreading itself. I say who is spreading this fertilizer on this soil like this? Then I think that “now Asif Zardari is speaking, in the same way soon my turn is to speak and I also have to talk to people now, so I should prepare for it. I have to plan what I should say and what I shouldn’t say.” Then I go to a room or a small house. When I go there I see that it is a hall-like room and there are few people there. I talk to them and tell them that “many rulers came and went, and you look at the history of all of them, every time there was hope that prosperity would come but nothing happened and every time the situation got worse than before.” I say that there is only one reason for this failure and that is “until this country is purified of shirk and its forms, and until shirk and its forms are eliminated from the country, Allah will not help. And also prosperity will not come until then.” I see other people come there and listen to me. Then I see that two army men are also listening me standing there.

    Then I say that “there are various idols and sculptures in the name of art and culture on different highways and intersections in the cities, there are big boards with unnecessary pictures on them, and just like there are many idols and statues in the parks, and other unnecessary pictures are shown in cities which are not needed, these are all types of shirk.” I say more that “the last Prophet Muhammad ﷺ had also eliminated shirk by eliminating such idols. When we eliminate all these forms of shirk, Allah will help us. Then not only Pakistan would win Ghazwae Hind, but she would also defeat super powers like Russia and the United States in World War III and Pakistan herself would become a superpower.” The people of the army and some other people were listening to me and I say that “when we put an end to shirk, then Allah would bless us with His blessings and mercy and He would open His treasures for us because even in the early days of Islam, the last Prophet Muhammad ﷺ exhorted the people to avoid shirk and he established a society free from shirk.”

    Then here I give a live interview and the anchor asks me about the shirk and the need of pictures in today’s life for different purpose so I say that “where it is needed, it is fine, but where it is not needed, images should not be used. It is permissible to use the image in various state affairs, such as the use of images on identity cards and currency notes, or if a photographer has a shop, he can use the image because it is necessary but other than that, if you see various unnecessary pictures in the city or as most people put pictures of celebrities in their houses, it is not permissible and it falls under the category of shirk.”

    I say that “in the same way if you watch live interviews of anchors they use their image, famous anchors don’t need to post their image so don’t post it because they don’t need it and those who are anonymous anchors, they can post a picture in their program promo.” The people of the army are standing at a distance and constantly watching all this and listening to me carefully.
